Connecting with a librarian is simple through the UW Libraries Website! One important tool for connecting with Librarians is Ask Us. Ask Us is a 24-hour chat service available to students. It is a great way to get quick answers to question or start longer conversations with Libraries. For this activity, you are going to use this service to answer a question you have.

Take a few moments to think about a question you may want to ask a librarian. Maybe you have a question about research. Or maybe you are wondering where you can find a publication or research. Any question will work!

• Step 2: Click on the Ask Us Icon, which is located in the upper right-hand corner.
• Step 3: Use the chat function to ask your question.
