Week 6 Overview

Introduction

This week, we will focus on inquiry, counterarguments, and complex claims as well as finish reading We Have Always Lived...  (Outcomes 1, 2 & 3). 

On Sunday, you will submit Short Assignment 2, the Major Project Book Review,  where you will review the text you plan to adapt and identify its claim.

▢ Read We Have Always Lived in the Castle Chapters 4-7 by Mon (to end of chp 7) 

▢ Finish We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Wed

▢ Read Peck's "The Deep Dark Genius of Shirley Jackson"  and the Book Smuggler's review by Wed (has spoilers, read AFTER you finish the novella!) 

▢ Read student sample essay of SA2 by Wed
