1. Leadership Selection Timing/Process
Each fall, service learning projects transition leadership to incoming MS1 students. Opportunities are publicized both at the Activities Fair, via email/slack, and through word of mouth. Leadership Applications are distributed by individual projects. New leads are selected during the month of November. There are some groups (SHIFA and UDSM) that transition some of their positions in the spring.
2. Comprehensive Training for Incoming Leads is critical for the sustainability of our programming!
