Photo Use Guidelines

Please apply the following guidelines to photos and images taken during Service Learning activities and events: 

  • Do not use the images for marketing purposes (i.e. to sell something). 
  • Unless you have specific signed photo consent from individuals in photographs, do not share photos via social media. 

 

Photo Consent

Prior to taking photos at your service learning project, please have participants fill out a photo release form Download photo release form.

Most of the information has been pre-filled out on this form.  Please fill in the following:

  • Client Name
  • Description of photographs to be taken
  • (circle) Information to be used
  • Signature/Date

Please be sensitive to potential client privacy issues as they may prefer not to be photographed.
