Practicalities

In this quiz, you will be see the following questions and requesst. If you don't have anything to say in response to a question,  just that "nothing/none." 

1. Please affirm that you understand that:

—the goal of this course is open but friendly and respectful discussion; argument is to be encouraged but difference of opinion is to be respected

—given the above, no recording of any kind (photos, voice, anything) are allowed in class; anyone should feel safe to express their honest opinion without fear of judgement or consequences

—course materials, including recordings, pdf documents, and powerpoint presentations are not to be reposted anywhere else under any circumstances

2. Please affirm that you will not use AI for this class under any circumstances except by prior agreement with the instructors.

3. Part of this class is group work during class sessions.  We'll be assigning you to groups of 5-6 people to work on activities during each, or most, of our classes. Please tell us anything you want us to know about assigning you to groups, or anything you would like us to keep in mind about your ability to participate in group activities.

4. Please share whatever you would like us to know as we begin our work together.
