Commission
We're pleased to offer a commission to agency partners for qualified student referrals to any of the programs listed on the Agency Partners home page. Note: If a student withdraws from the program, you may not claim a commission.
The commission is 20 percent of tuition for each quarter a student is enrolled in our programs for non-degree programs, unless otherwise specified. The commission is based on the amount of tuition only and does not include costs such as registration fees and U-PASS fees.
The commission for degree programs is $1,000 and is divided into four payments.
Please also note that commission for the Global Connections Study Abroad Program and the Global Electrical Engineering Program will be $300 per quarter.
Customized programs are not eligible for commission.
To request your commission, you can download and complete an invoice template Download invoice template. Send the completed invoice to our accounting office at ctnmexp@uw.edu, and be sure to include the UW program or course the student attended, the quarter, the tuition rate and the student's name and UW student ID number. Do not include more than one quarter per invoice.
Invoices should be submitted during the quarter the student is attending. As much as possible, please submit invoices by February 15 (winter), April 15 (spring), July 15 (summer) and October 15 (fall).
You will usually receive payment within four to six weeks. If you still have not received your commission after six weeks, email the accounting office at ctnmexp@uw.edu; there may be problems with the wire transfer or the address for payment.
Important: Agency partners may not pay tuition for students net of expected commission. Either the agency partner or the student must pay the full tuition each quarter. Agency partners may then request their commission via the invoice process outlined above.
