Student Application Process
Submitting Applications
All dates, tuition rates, program details and online applications for our programs are available on our website.
Please note that in order for you to receive a commission, student applications must be submitted by your agency, not by the student.
Supplemental Materials
Any required supplemental materials should be included with the student's application.
A copy of the student's passport is required for all programs for which an I-20 is issued.
If a bank statement is required for a program, then you must include a bank statement that shows enough funding for the student's full course of study.
Please note that if the account holder on the bank statement has a different last name than the student, then a signed and dated letter of sponsorship is required.
Application Processing
Student applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our official application processing time is 9–12 business days from the time an application is complete (does not include holidays or weekends). Please note that if we are missing any information needed to complete an application, we will contact you via the email address included on the application.
If your applicant is accepted into the desired program, we will send you an acceptance email. If you have not received an acceptance email, then this means that the student's application has not yet been processed.
Any questions about a student's application status may be emailed to joinielp@uw.edu.
