Major Project #2 - Research Paper

For the past few weeks, you've been working on a larger research paper regarding personal interests, research interests, and cultural backgrounds. We've mainly been working on them in class, but here are some specifics to help guide the submission:
1) Make sure your paper has a clear thesis; a research paper isn't necessarily an argumentative paper, but it can be. Regardless of your topic, make sure to clearly state your thesis within. You can think of your thesis as an answer to your research question. Additionally, make sure the paper has a clear beginning, middle, and end.
2) I'm looking for 4-5 sources, with at least one academic source. Refer to Purdue OWL for proper MLA citation format, but I'm more so concerned with seeing what sources you chose, why you chose those sources, and what you were able to mine from those sources (think of framing questions, the critical reading synopsis, and the good quoting techniques we discussed!)
3) Works Cited page that cites all your found sources
Format
- 5 to 6 pages (not counting a Works Cited page)
- 12pt. Times New Roman
- MLA format
- Three to five sources (books/review/video essay/article/etc.) you can bring in to support your claim(s)
