Instructions:
Every day in class a combination of modes (the secret ingredient) will be revealed and each team will be given a certain amount of time to create a product that utilizes all of the modes. The role requirements are as follows:
- Executive Chef
- Creates the actual product. Some tasks might include: writing, drawing, coloring, filming, recording, etc.
- Sous Chef
- Responsible for the mode research. Must create a Word document containing all of the sources used (informal bibliography).
- Saucier
- Analyzes the combination of modes and explains the choices that were made. Must write a short analysis of the production holistically.
Each role can be shared between all team members, but everyone must put forth an equal effort. Once the time runs out, each team will be given a short amount of time (1-3 minutes depending on how much time is left in class) to present their product and explain their process. Points will be based on presentation and will be revealed the following class. The team with the most points will win a free homework assignment or an extra free absence. Teams in second and third place will also win some extra credit. Ties will result in the same amount of extra credit for everyone involved in the tie. Make sure your team name is on every document you submit.
