Purpose:
This pre-lab quiz will help you demonstrate that you are prepared to attend this week's lab experiment. You should read the protocol prior to starting this quiz.
Guidelines:
Answer the questions to the best of your ability. This quiz is open-book and open-note, but using online resources like Chegg, CourseHero, or input from your classmates is not allowed. Do not discuss the questions with your classmates and do not share full solutions to the problems or your final answers (while the quiz is open or after the assignment closes).
Because everyone will complete the quiz asynchronously, the teaching team will not respond to questions about the quiz while it is open.
Once you begin, you will have 20 minutes to complete the quiz (unless you have pre-approved DRS accommodations). The 20 minute clock does not pause when you close out of the window. Please start before the 11:00am Monday deadline, and be sure that you will be able to complete the assignment uninterrupted. We do not offer extensions on the Pre-Lab. You will only be able to view one question at a time, you will not be able to return to a previous question after you submit an answer, and your questions/answers may be scrambled relative to your classmates'. No make-ups or retakes are available.
