Research: Mother Earth Magazine projects

Emma Goldman was the most famous early 20th century American proponent of anarchism. In 1906 she began the monthly magazine Mother Earth, publishing it  until it was suppressed in 1917.  This project will be based largely on Mother Earth, but it is advisable to also consult secondary sources (books and articles about Goldman). Read 10 or more issues of the magazine, looking for information about Goldman's activities and reading articles written by her. These include most unsigned articles appearing in the magazine.

Your paper should focus on Goldman's activities and writings during whichever year or two you have researched. Describe in detail a few of her articles, either following a single theme or issue or showing the range of subjects that she wrote about.

Make a list of all articles she authored in the issues that you read. Submit the list with your paper.
