Survey Week 1: Tell me about yourselves

This survey is required of all students. Each weekly survey should not take you more than 10-15 minutes to complete.

Your submission will be anonymous and will not be graded. Canvas will record whether you submitted responses. You get one point (out of the 100 for the quarter) for each weekly survey submission.

All surveys this quarter are designed to help the instructor understand more about students in the class, their needs and the pressures they face.

{Note: If the survey question raises an issue you would like the instructor to know about you, please send her a note on Canvas mail or speak with her before or after class.]

Data will be shared either online or in class.

After week 2, students may feel free to submit questions they would like to ask of their classmates in future weekly surveys.
