Instructions

This survey is required of all students. Each weekly survey should not take you more than 10-15 minutes to complete.

Your submission will be anonymous and will not be graded. Canvas will record whether you submitted responses. You get one point (out of the 100 for the quarter) for each submission.

All surveys this quarter are designed to help the instructor understand more about students in the class, their needs and the pressures they face.
