Course Syllabus

An introduction to moral reasoning in applied contexts. The main aim of this course is to practice engaging with ethicists writing on pressing contemporary moral problems. Topics include abortion, climate change, effective altruism, race and racism,  animal rights, among others. Readings available online; no textbook required. Due to heavy summer grading workloads, enrollment is capped at 25 students.
