Duotrope Links to an external site., website that provides all 'round help with submissions, including up to date info about markets, a submission tracker, etc. However, you need to pay for it. I know people that swear by it, but I've never used it.
The Author's Guild Links to an external site., can provide help in all sorts of ways, including reviewing a publishing contract and suggesting negotiating points. This is very useful if you don't have an agent. Costs about $130/year, but you can sign up and pretty immediately get them to review a contract.
