Structure

General Instructions

You should plan to do one of each of these short writing assignments. Each one should be done in response to or in conversations with single week's reading and will be due at the end of the week in which we discuss that work.

You may do them in any order you wish, and there will be weeks in which you don't do any.

Always make sure to note which assignment you are doing at top of your submission.

Double-space, 1 inch margins, 12 point font. Unless you have artistic reasons for doing otherwise.

Specific Instructions

Describe and analyze the structure of the whole work. This could be a short story, a chapter, or an entire book.

Discuss how the form of the work interacts with its content.

500-1000 words

Include a diagram of some kind.
