By completing this assignment, you will put the information you discussed during the Writing Lab activity into practice. 

First, read the following scenario:

During a snowstorm, a person was walking through the parking lot of Costco to go shopping for their monthly supply of food. While walking toward the entrance of the Costco the individual slips on a sheet of ice causing head trauma and a spiral fractured tibia. The individual hires an attorney to represent them in a personal injury lawsuit. Prior to filing the lawsuit, the attorney hires you to figure out who owns the parking lot and who to serve for this particular Costco.

Then find a Costco near your location (It can be any Costco). Some Costco stores lease the property while others own the property where the store is located.

Next, use the links provided in this Open-Source Intelligence document to determine who owns the property and who you would serve a lawsuit on for that particular Costco.

Finally, draft a memo to the instructor explaining the information you found and what sources you used to verify this information.

• Utilize the Memo Template provided to share your findings.
• This should be a one-page memorandum properly formatted and customized for your agency name.

When ready, submit your memo in PDF.
