Mini-Paper Topic

Each student will explore one of the topics from class in more depth, thoroughly engaging with two scholarly sources. The paper should be original and about 1,200-1,500 words, including footnotes. For citations, follow either the MLA or Chicago style. 

You can choose either one of the suggested topics and materials or propose a topic to the instructors ahead of time. Please see also the Additional Resources page.
