DESIGN: Get approval on a "small" design (Optional, 5+ hours, repeatable)

Some design issues are smaller, and are really just tweaks on an existing design. They shouldn't take too much time to research, sketch, and iterate on. You can use your judgement about what counts as "small"; if it was big for you, you're welcome to submit a "big" design instead.

Once you're design is approved, submit a link to the issue for which the needs design label was removed thanks to your efforts.

You can submit this multiple times and get credit for each. If you submit multiple, include all issues for which you're requesting credit, not just the latest.
