MENTOR: Supervise for a week (optional, 20+ hours)

Follow the mentor workflow, identifying 5 peers to support throughout the quarter. Each contributor can only have one mentor, and mentors cannot have mentors. 

By the end of the quarter, submit the names of the 5 peers you mentored and a paragraph from each explaining how you constructively supported them.
