- Submitting a text entry box
Affinity Groups (5 min)
In Discord > Everyone
One important practice in software organizations is for people with similar roles to come together and support each other. These supports can include:
- Learning about similar challenges being faced
- Learning about resources to help with those challenges
- Sharing strategies for dealing with challenges
- Feeling less isolated in your position
While your developers might have affinity on your team since there are two of them, they might not. And your PMs and designers might feel completely alone.
Today, we correct that by connecting in affinity groups.
