4/15: research proposal

Before class, by noon on Tues. 4/15:

Write and upload your research proposal that answers these questions (5 points):

1. What topic do you plan to examine? Describe your topic drawing on preliminary secondary sources (which can include Wikipedia and other easily accessible online sources – just be sure to cite them). Tell me as much as you can about the issues that interest you and how you might approach the topic. (3 paragraphs)
2. In a final paragraph, describe primary sources that you think might be helpful (1 paragraph) – the more you share in your proposal, the better able I’ll be able to respond with constructive guidance. (1 paragraph)
